Headteacher

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher, to lead the school into its next phase of growth and success. School Secretary and Clerk to Governors

 Salary: Grade 4. £13,186 pro rata (£24,790.00 Full time equivalent).

Hours: 23 hours a week over 4 days – Term time only

School Business Manager

Salary: Grade 9 point 25. £18,870 pro rata (£35,235 Full time equivalent).

Hours: 22.5 hours a week over 3 days – Term time (plus 5 inset days)

We are seeking a School Business Manager to work with our dedicated team providing a full range of Finance, HR and Premises support.

The successful applicant will have:-

  •   Experience with financial software
  •   Excellent IT skills
  •   Strong administration and organisational skills
  •   A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  •   The ability to adapt and be flexible
  •   The desire to make a real and full contribution to the learning experience of our pupils and members of the school community

And be responsible for:-

  •   Managing the schools MIS and Finance system (Bromcom)
  •   Strategic budget planning and monitoring, forecasting over more than one year
  •   Presenting financials to both the senior leadership team and governing body
  •   Ensuring all HR processes are followed correctly, liaising with WSCC and maintaining the single central record
  •   All statutory returns including School and Work forces census and SFVS
  •   Facilities and Property management
